Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, carrier advancement fees, customs clearance fees, remote area fees, or any other taxes, duties, charges, or fees imposed by carriers, customs authorities, tax authorities, or other governmental or third-party service providers.

Products are shipped from the Republic of Korea. Products are shipped from the Republic of Korea. Delivery times, shipping estimates, transit times, customs processing times, and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, import restrictions, payment of duties or taxes, weather, strikes, force majeure events, incorrect shipping information, recipient unavailability, remote location surcharges, or any events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, email address, phone number, tax identification number, customs information, and any other information required by the carrier, customs authority, or local authority. Frez is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return, abandonment, disposal, seizure, additional charges, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You are the importer of record for products shipped to your destination country unless applicable law or our written agreement states otherwise. You are responsible for all customs clearance, import compliance, taxes, duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, carrier advancement fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or any relevant authority.
If a shipment is delayed, held, returned, abandoned, refused, seized, destroyed, or disposed of because you fail to pay customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other required charges, or because you fail to provide required information or cooperate with customs clearance, Frez will not be responsible for any resulting loss, delay, cost, fee, damage, non-delivery, or refund claim, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal, unpaid import charges, failed customs clearance, incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failure to cooperate with delivery or customs procedures, we may, to the fullest extent permitted by law, deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs charges, handling costs, payment processing fees, and any other non-recoverable costs from any refund that may be issued.
For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise. For business, wholesale, distributor, reseller, or other non-consumer orders, title and risk of loss may pass when we transfer the products to the carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You should inspect your package and product promptly upon delivery. Any claim relating to missing items, damage in transit, incorrect products, or visible defects must be submitted in accordance with our Refund Policy and any applicable warranty instructions.

Frez products may be used in connection with climbing, strength training, grip training, hangboard training, rehabilitation-like exercises, fitness, performance measurement, or other physical activities. These activities involve inherent risks, including fatigue, overuse, strain, tendon injury, pulley injury, muscle injury, joint injury, falls, accidents, serious bodily injury, or other harm.
You acknowledge and agree that you use Frez products at your own risk. You are responsible for using the products safely, within your ability, and in accordance with all instructions, warnings, product documentation, and common safety practices. You should stop using the product immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, abnormal symptoms, product malfunction, or unsafe conditions.
Frez does not provide medical advice, physical therapy advice, coaching advice, injury prevention guarantees, or performance guarantees. Any training content, product guidance, measurement result, analytics, recommendation, or related information provided through the Services, products, software, app, website, documentation, email, or support communication is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, safety-critical, or professional advice.
Before using any Frez product, you should consult a qualified medical professional, coach, trainer, or other appropriate professional if you have any medical condition, injury, pain, physical limitation, training concern, or uncertainty about whether the product or activity is suitable for you.
Any measurement, analytics, assessment, force data, performance data, calibration data, sensor data, or other output provided by Frez products or related software is provided for general informational and training purposes only. Such data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or affected by environmental conditions, user behavior, device setup, calibration, firmware, software, hardware tolerance, Bluetooth or wireless connectivity, third-party devices, operating systems, or other factors.
Frez does not guarantee that any measurement, analytics, assessment, or performance data will be accurate, complete, reliable, repeatable, or suitable for professional, medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, safety-critical, competitive, or commercial decision-making purposes.
Compatibility with third-party devices, operating systems, mobile applications, browsers, sensors, accessories, Bluetooth environments, platforms, or services is not guaranteed and may change without notice. Updates to operating systems, app stores, firmware, third-party platforms, APIs, or hardware may affect product functionality, connectivity, or compatibility.
Products containing electronic components, sensors, wireless components, batteries, charging ports, cables, or related accessories must be used, charged, stored, transported, and maintained in accordance with the provided instructions and warnings.
You must not misuse, disassemble, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, extract, tamper with, puncture, crush, expose to excessive heat, expose to water or moisture, use with unsupported chargers or accessories, charge unattended in unsafe conditions, or use any product that appears damaged, swollen, overheated, malfunctioning, or unsafe, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Frez is not responsible for damage, injury, malfunction, data loss, reduced battery performance, or product failure caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, unauthorized modification, improper charging, improper storage, water exposure, impact, excessive force, reverse engineering, tampering, circumvention, disassembly, use outside intended conditions, use with unsupported accessories, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and tear.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written warranty provided by Frez, Frez warrants only that physical products purchased directly from our online store will be free from material manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
This limited warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage; scratches; dents; discoloration; consumable parts; battery degradation; damage caused by misuse, accident, negligence, improper storage, improper charging, improper installation, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, water exposure, excessive force, commercial abuse, reverse engineering, tampering, disassembly, circumvention, use outside intended conditions, failure to follow instructions, or use with unsupported accessories, software, devices, or services.
If we determine, in our sole reasonable discretion, that a product has a covered manufacturing defect, our sole obligation and your sole remedy will be, at our option, repair, replacement, store credit, or refund of the purchase price paid for the affected product, subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.
Any warranty claim may require proof of purchase, photographs or videos of the issue, product serial number or order number, return of the product, diagnostic information, or other reasonable information requested by Frez. Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent processing of the claim.
This limited warranty is in addition to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by law.
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, software, product designs, documentation, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Frez, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by Korean, U.S., and other foreign intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, design, trade secret, and other proprietary rights laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Frez in writing. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, scrape, extract, or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent.
Except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, you must not, and must not permit, assist, or enable any third party to, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, decrypt, extract, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, bypass, circumvent, or otherwise attempt to derive or discover the source code, object code, firmware, embedded software, algorithms, calibration methods, sensor logic, communication protocols, data formats, circuit designs, hardware designs, schematics, mechanical designs, product architecture, trade secrets, or other proprietary elements of any Frez product, software, firmware, app, connected feature, documentation, or Service.
Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, design right, trade secret, or other intellectual property of Frez, Shopify, or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Frez.
Frez’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or trade identifiers of Frez or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Frez. Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
You may be provided with access to customer tools, applications, integrations, payment services, shipping tools, analytics tools, communication tools, or other features offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control.

19.1 This section applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Services. “Agent” means any software, service, bot, crawler, scraper, automated system, artificial intelligence system, or other tool that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity, and that can be executed on behalf of or using a person’s device, account, credentials, network, or infrastructure without direct human supervision.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall Frez, Hold tight, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, suppliers, or those of Shopify and its affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, replacement costs, training interruption, business interruption, customs charges, import costs, shipping delays, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, product liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Services or any products procured using the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frez’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product, service, order, transaction, or claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Frez for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frez, Hold tight, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; (3) your access to or use of the Services; (4) your use, misuse, resale, export, import, modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, tampering, circumvention, or unauthorized repair of any product, software, firmware, app, connected feature, or Service; (5) your failure to pay customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges; or (6) your failure to provide accurate information for shipping, customs, billing, or account purposes.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents and information.
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services and purchases through the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us, including any prior versions of these Terms of Service.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services or sell products to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply, you and Frez agree that any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any purchase made through the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
If you are a consumer residing outside the Republic of Korea, nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights, mandatory jurisdiction rights, or other non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
