Yes. The Free plan lets you measure Peak and track your results, create up to four grips and training sessions, and use the training scheduler. You can also measure Endurance and RFD, but those results are not saved on Free.

Frez Pro is optional. It helps you unlock the full potential of your training data with unlimited grips and sessions, advanced training tools, advanced metrics, and data export.

Very responsive, light and compact. Especially compared to slow and bulky cheap chinese load cells.
Works flawlessly with Frez App. Very satisfied with the purchase. The shipment from South Korea to Poland took less than a week (however the shipping costs were very significant compared to the device price itself). Bought it together with the strap and the portable platform and damn is this comfortable. I was reluctant to spend 50$ extra on a piece of wood but it’s totally worth it. Light and sturdy. Very easy to set up. And the rotating carabiner works great. Very well thought-out

Really really cool gadget to use for training and testin, in a remarkable price too! My only suggestion would be for it to be able to keep up for at least more than 400kg. I think more higher level athletes will be able to use it this way. I really enjoyed using the product tho and I highly recommend!!! :))

This is a real game changer for me compared to the budget crane scale. Not only does it feel much higher quality and is much more compact, but its much higher sampling rate and incredibly fast response make for a completely different training experience.

Any change in applied force is visible immediately, so you can make adjustments on the spot instead of constantly over- or undercompensating. The device gives you much better feedback and makes training far more precise.

And all of this comes at such a fair price, with super-fast delivery. Excellent value for money to my opinion. I can absolutely recommend it.
